Research Overview
In the Michel group we are interested in developing novel strategies for the detection of small molecule analytes of biological relevance. Students in the group will benefit from the multidisciplinary nature of our group and will have the opportunity to become exceptional scientist. Our thought process often requires us to think about new reactions and what makes them work in a flask (in vitro) and how we can translate this chemistry to living systems.
